  Yes I know vitamin C is good for keeping immune system strong and healthy. You can get it from fruits and vegetables. Its also good for your skin and overall health.

  Know this for ages since I am very into healthy foods/diets, etc and essentially learned about nutrients. Vit C is the short living vitamin and has to be taken regularly. Especially smokers.
